About me

I am a qualified Acupuncturist, Naturopath and Iridologist based in Ringwood in the beautiful New Forest.

I have always felt strongly about using natural and holistic methods to achieve and maintain a healthy body and mind. By treating each person as an individual, rather than solely focusing on illness, I feel that this can be accomplished. 

My training originated with Traditional Chinese Medicine, however my acupuncture style has since evolved and I now practice Neo Classical Acupuncture (NCA). This revolutionary style involves using predominantly one needle and has the potential to achieve immediate results. NCA uses a palpatory technique with diagnosis being reached in seconds, which is determined by patient feedback. It is also a fantastic treatment choice for those who may be nervous of needles!

Acupuncture has the potential to treat most conditions and illness. I have specialisms in fertility and pregnancy. I also treat pain and injury, mental and emotional health, women’s health, men’s health, and so much more.

As a Naturopath, I use several different therapeutic methods which include; Bach Flowers, Tissue Salts, Iridology, Nutrition, Homeopathy and Herbs. I regularly use Bach Flowers and Tissue Salts in conjunction with Acupuncture.
