I am a qualified Acupuncturist, Naturopath and Iridologist based in Ringwood in the beautiful New Forest.
I am a full practising member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), the Acupuncture Fertility Network (AFN), and the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP). I am also a lecturer at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Bristol.
I have always felt strongly about using natural and holistic methods to achieve and maintain a healthy body and mind. By treating each person as an individual, rather than focusing on illness, I feel that this can be accomplished.
When treating a patient using Traditional Chinese Medicine, I use a combination of both traditional and modern techniques which include; acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, electro acupuncture and guasha.
Acupuncture may benefit many conditions and some of these include; sciatica, muscle and joint pain, back problems, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, anxiety, depression, menstrual issues, wellbeing during and after pregnancy, infertility, digestive issues, hypertension, neurological conditions, acne, hay fever and insomnia.
As a Naturopath, I use several different therapeutic methods which include; Bach Flowers, Tissue Salts, Iridology, Nutrition, Homeopathy and Herbs. I regularly use Bach Flowers and Tissue Salts in conjunction with Acupuncture.
